- caladin 3y agoI've seen employment contracts that just include a general catch-all for any kind of surveillance, even if they "don't do it right now". This in California. I take your point though that you're saying some laws require explicitly enumerating them (from how I understood your comment).
- fullshark 3y agoMaybe instead of expecting it we should lobby for it
