I don't think it's made for us to be kept from applying, I just think the flow is horrible and nobody bats an eye cause it's working and there's nothing else out there...I mean people are slowly catching on now.
If you're technical, I'm down to streamline this if you are. When I created the post I had an idea...it's turned into a full-blown platform now.

- catlover76 3y agoI am already bogged down with a bunch of side projects/hustles, unfortunately :/ I think you should note, btw, it's not like good systems don't exist; Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever being (seemingly) the best. If a company is still using Workday or some other such legacy thing, it's because they want to or because the inertia is too powerful, and I'm not sure what could be built to convince them to switch.
