You could spend time checking out Workday's dev API or just refine your resume even further.
The biggest issues I've had with Workday are employment dates, commas/hyphens in job titles and school names, and bulletpoint lists.
- eurocombinator 3y agoIt's true that they keep the application process simple but nonetheless, it's always gonna be a pain in the ass since it's "the norm" and the choices out there are slim. These ATS systems are given in bundles, so I'm guessing performance isn't what drives them. I actually had a quick chat with a friend today who works in HR and they use SAP...the amount of stuff that could be optimised is insane. I've heard some horror stories about BambooHR as well. Since I'm not from a technical background, it's a bit hard for me to dive into Workday's dev API but as I mentioned in the post, if someone technical is open to working on a new ATS Saas, I'm down. I'm almost done creating the design of the platform itself and have figured out a way to streamline it all.
