Perhaps they mean just the mass in the pm2.5-pm10 size spectrum?
- anon84873628 3y agoIndeed, the sentence says "particulate emissions" not gaseous emissions.
- choeger 3y agoThey compare "particulate emissions" to "tailpipe emissions". That's at the least very sloppy writing, at the worst it's intentionally misleading.
