Write a skills matrix for an engineering team.
That gives you an insight about what the candidate thinks seniority is, and how they are spending their efforts to move their career forward.
- neon_electro 3y agoIs this an interview question for the candidate, or a question for the employer? Why should the candidate be writing a skills matrix for an engineering team if that's sounding an awful lot like a management task? Or am I confusing your post for an eng manager interview and not an IC?
