- tstrimple 3y agoI’d agree with HN who’s hiring. That’s dealing with direct contacts within the company. It’s not a random HR drone who has no real understanding of the role they are hiring for and need to find somewhat arbitrary criteria to pass on to the interview stage. I’m just saying to avoid the application paths that puts your resume into a pile of 500 others to get sorted by some mystical and opaque process.
