- 93po 3y ago43k car deaths in the US in 2022. 14 million new vehicle sales. That's one death per 325 car sales. Onewheel is one death per 75,000 sales. Significantly safer than cars.
- Panzer04 3y agoOne also wonders how many 3rd party deaths were caused by cars, as opposed to the virtually zero for the foreseeable future from these sorts of devices. Pretty classic holier than thou commentary from HN, for sure.
