This is probably just run-of-the-mill decline of the west scaremongering. The idea is that if too many immigrants with a different skin tone arrive, then society is destroyed ("forced on us when cultures that didn't stop reproducing turn around and colonise us back.") I guess I'm an old school melting pot guy, but I firmly believe western society will maintain its historical winning streak, thanks in part to the efforts of millions of immigrants eager to contribute to their energy to its values and success.
