Assuming this actually works (I /assume/ this is based off of passive lens flare detection???), this is easily countered with a bunch of 300 dollar drones with 120 dollar off the shelf optics attached, sitting in tree branches vaguely aiming in the direction of the device. Nice expensive waste of money, Russia. GG.
