- tokai 3y agoAs the article points out Norway is a member of the Court of Justice of the European Union, which is the enforcer.
- the_duke 3y agoWell, Norway is actually part of the trade union (European Economic Area), as well as Schengen , the cour of justice and many other EU institutations/treaties. They are not in the EU proper though.
