Paracetamol is bad for the liver. You would die of an liver failure before any neurologic damage.
- rogerkirkness 3y agoTrue if you're more than 5 years old. More than 3 doses under 2 and it affects neurodevelopment permanently.
- stop50 3y agoIn germany at least its forbidden for children under 4. At least the safeguards here are preventing some of the deaths stemming from paracetamol, aspirin and ibuprofen(the latter two can be really dangerous if combined)
