- syncbehind 3y agoCorrelation doesn't imply causation though.
- nikolay 3y agoYeah, if that was omnipresent before the pandemic, right? But suddenly, to observe something that's not supposed to be present increases the odds of causation.
- syncbehind 3y agoIncreases the odds yes, but needs to be controlled for that to actually determine causation. You shouldn't conclude that based on the study and you -certainly- should not be giving health advice as if that were the truth.
