We have it in germany it's so we can check and validate how much overtime/pto etc we have. It's rather standard tbh.

- NBJack 3y agoAmazon doesn't pay overtime to salaried employees in the states. They already have an internal PTO tool, which allows oversight from your manager. This is just a numbers game.
