Static Site Generators
- fabianholzer 3y agoThis list has seemingly last been updated over three years ago. A similar list: https://jamstack.org/generators/ https://jamstack.org/generators/ Static Site Generators are great as a concept, but shopping for one is really no fun, especially if you are an opinionated programmer (as I guess many of the target user group of SSGs are). You will likely find fault in every SSG on the market. That's why I wrote my own, so that any fault I find is on myself.

- fabianholzer 3y agoI've called it intertwingle, if you want to take a look, it is on github: https://github.com/fnh/intertwingle/ https://github.com/fnh/intertwingle/ - but I haven't really invested much time in packaging and ergonomics, and a few of the built-in plugins are still a bit specific to my personal conventions and use cases. But it builds my personal website.
