- cmcaleer 3y ago2021 was a particularly bad year (after a 'miracle' year in 2020), but the 3 year rolling average of 2018-2021, 2019-2022, or 2020-2023 is probably within an SD of any other rolling average since these types of stories got widely reported by the internet rather than being a local tragedy.
