Would you rather do something yourself with an accessible user interface or API, or open a ticket to ask somebody to do it for you? Sometimes communicating with an intelligent agent is harder than doing things yourself with a good structured user interface where you can communicate your intent clearly. Until we have mind reading AI that is.
