Ya thanks for showcasing both. As is evident from the code, Go is simpler and cleaner. In 3 months it would be much easier to reason about than the Rust version. I am happy with our decision to migrate to Go from Common Lisp. I also wonder what is the long term memory usage of the Rust system. With Go I have found very little memory use which remains constant for months before machine swap.
