Obvious to me, but wonder why not to others that it would be better if someone was motivated by something else other than credit, something like doing good, the challenge of the problem etc. Motivation solely for credit is egotistic and will lead to other problems with team and self-worth etc. We have a name for such people and generally despised, "clout chasers"
