And it’s easiest if you compile from source. About a quarter of the apps on my phone are side loaded. It’s git-clone-click easy. No jail break required. No App Store restrictions. We can complain about other things, like that you need a Mac (usually), there’s restrictions without a small fee, and you can’t debug other processes. But that’s a separate set of issues.
