Haha my wife and I already call this "Golden retriever mode" when I get the zoomies after too much work or when I first wake up mind racing and full of wrestling energy. If it's later in the day I like to put a heavy weight in a pack and walk around the neighborhood. In the morning, I will often just go for a regular walk or start working early.
