Ask HN: Best way to structure github account(s) for 2-person team?

We're looking to upgrade to paid accounts on github, but I'm confused by the options. We have two personal accounts, and an "organization". Should one of us, on a personal account, upgrade to a paid plan, and add the other as a contributor? Is there a better way?
