They already have indigenous 28nm DUV steppers in high volume production.
SMEE jumped straight from 90nm to 28nm and I think it caught a lot of the talking points off guard.
- throwaway4good 3y agoYes. And I think that is why the Dutch are still selling to them (contrary to what they promised the us); cutting them off from asml duv at this point won’t do any damage other than to asml.
