- zlg_codes 3y agoIf you don't have an account with Facebook, they have no relationship with you and cannot point to any contract like ToS because you never agreed to anything.
- singleshot_ 3y agoI have a bit of a challenge seeing anything of substance of Facebook without an account. Might this be a relatively potent way to attach the tos to those who scrape the site?
- AlchemistCamp 3y agoAFIK, this is why LinkedIn mostly went dark a few years ago to visitors not logged in.
