I came here to recommend particularly Rob (and host emeritus, Mike)'s podcast, https://startupsfortherestofus.com/ https://startupsfortherestofus.com/ . It's tactical instead of strategic, so sometimes that means the older episodes don't apply as well anymore, but they have a "greatest hits" list of episodes with content that's more evergreen.
