Hedge fund ad built on top of anti-FTC / Lina Khan prejudice clickbait. FTC routinely scrutinizes large mergers and people bet on the outcomes of that uncertainty. Trying to wrap it in allusions to “sticking it to Lina Khan” is silly.

It's the WSJ. I'm old enough to remember when they shifted from being the stewards of the economy into a mouthpiece for the Bush side of the Republican party. Any opportunity to dunk on the Democrats will not be missed.
