If it were able to change the course of history, of course it might be worthwhile. If it didn't, then of course it wouldn't. The question is really how effective it is. In the abstract, more levers of influence is probably better.
- Analemma_ 3y agoThe new "reformist" leader of Saudi Arabia bone-saws critical journalists, so I'd say the effectiveness is zero or close to it. Has this caused anybody in the relevant positions of government or industry (or you) to update on their beliefs on whether these arms sales are a good idea?
