On mobile phones, the small web, and able-bodied privilege
- ajdude 3y agoMy primary (albeit rarely updated) blog is a statically generated website that I try to make look like a terminal. All plain text, has a huge ascii banner for its header. On the desktop it looks fine but it falls down completely when I try to load it on my phone. The main issue is that I'm not sure how to preserve the integrity of the ascii graphics layout while getting it to be mobile friendly. Been on my back burner for ages to fix. Sometimes I find having to zoom in a lot even to navigate HN on my phone.
