I’ve had the bizarre situation where Airbnb removed my review because they found my complaints unreasonable. I complained about the cleaning fee and having to wash sheets and Airbnb said “you can’t complain about that because they disclosed it.” As if that doesn’t make it less pleasant. They seem to be orienting around sellers. I expect because there’s lots of competition with vrbo and other listing sites and sellers have hundreds of transactions a year while I only have 1-2 certifications per year.
