To point out some context, 2021 was a hot labor market. However, S&P 100 jobs particularly for entry level professionals are the best jobs around so these are the jobs where there are always way more people applying than there are number of positions. This wasn't like, "we hired whoever applied because we really needed workers". These are the best opportunities.
