Ok, so people have had "child sexuality" since forever. Every time some person is talking about a kid's boyfriend or girlfriend they're talking about child sexuality. The only change is that now we recognize that bullying and abusing children because they're the "wrong" sexuality is wrong, and homophobes have decided that instead of doing it directly they're going to try the "sex is sin" path of abuse and then say that the only reason for a non-straight relationship is sex, and therefore is adults only. The fact that you go on an uninformed transphobic rant tells me which camp you're in.
