A lot of these complaints like "you need to have Send + Sync + 'static" and "oh no you need an arc or mutex" are identical problems in C++, except in C++ it's totally unsafe if you forego those.
- saurik 3y agoI am under the maybe-totally-wrong impression that people are saying that the runtimes are incompatible, not that you merely need to think harder about the scoping rules and type traits; do I misunderstand what is going on?
- insanitybit 3y agoOh, with regards to incompatibility, that only happens if you use `spawn`. I don't know what that would look like in C++.
