Imagine if Apple used some of that cash they held to find ways of manufacturing just as cheaply in the US or Europe as they did overseas. That would be a real game changer.
- joeframbach 3y agoWhy would they? Financially, on paper, their income isn't US based. And their production isn't US based either. The only US thing they have is "designed in California".
- NLPaep 3y agoIndia puts massive tariffs on phones and other electronics unless you manufacture it there
