AI can certainly make it easier for a judge to draft a court order. But unfortunately the statement that AI cannot replace the judge/cleric is a statement of values rather than of software capability. I hope that judgement is widespread enough to sustain a no-AI-as-judge-or-jury policy, but it's not a confident hope.
