Dan's blog might come across as him being overly intelligent and not wanting to explain things to those less intelligent, but I still think the other two examples are valid. Additionally, I've seen advice suggesting that it's okay to appear unintelligent sometimes as if it was a necessary evil, but my point is that it's not always a negative thing.
