I sleep only "ok", been trying a lot of things to improve it. I have borderline apnea (5.2 events per hour, they start treating at 5), and my Garmin watch puts my SpO2 average around 90, which is maybe a little low for sleeping, but my doctor isn't worried about that. I was hoping the tape would up my "sleep score" a little, but again I haven't tried it.
Essential Craftsman did say he tried the nasal strips and they increased his SpO2 a couple percent. I've tried them over the last week and while it seems easier to breathe through my nose with them, they didn't translate into any increased SpO2 over night according to my watch.
