Friture – a FOSS real-time audio analyzer for Windows, macOS, and Linux
- epakai 3y agoNice, I've been using spek for non-realtime recording checks. Ffmpeg's multimedia filters can go a long way for visual feedback on live audio. I've been usingffmpeg CLI commands that record audio/video while also displaying a preview with audio overlay for monitoring.

- twosdai 3y agoI've only really used audacity for any sort of audio work before. Is there a short list of the differences between this tool and audacity. Like when would I want to use this tool over importing the audio into audacity. Genuinely curious, bit of a noob when it comes to audio analysis.
