Bootstrap and tailwind take two different approaches. I like tailwind because it allows me to keep the styling with the html. Previously the philosophy was to have semantic html and apply style as a separate layer. But in practice I find that style and html end up going hand in hand. And I don’t like needing to constantly switch between the html and css files.
