- asah 3y agostrong language, but there's a mathematical proof against: - company X raises at $Y valuation before YC - company X raises at $Z valuation after YC - if Z / Y > YC dilution then YC is a good value Z/Y > dilution in virtually all cases. Sorry, but life isn't fair.
