Tell HN: We don’t have to justify our jobs
If everyone overnight just refused to justify their jobs to management, no one would have to do that anymore.
Management justified the creation of the job so they can justify the continuity of it.
- superchroma 3y agoThere are more people desperate for jobs than there are people willing to risk their jobs over a point. Management can and will fire an entire team and rebuild using other labor if they feel it's necessary
- ironmagma 3y agoIf that were really true, wages would be in the toilet. Don’t underestimate your power.
