Usually "installed X because it does Y, but it's $DESCRIPTIVE_WORDS_HERE". Occasionally something like "TODO: fix LDAP upgrade to move off of Debian 11" If I want to remember when the server froze for seemingly no reason last year, I just search. When did I install X app?
