Once again with the "human learning and machine learning are the same" .... then why not call them both 'learning'? There are qualitative and quantitative differences that people here are eager to ignore. But on the main topic, I read the updates to Microsoft's Terms of Use that come into effect 30 September 2023. They are making jailbreaking and reverse engineering their chatbots explicitly against those ToS and granting themselves rights to whatever you generate using their various services - neither of which is unexpected, but now if you ask Bing to revert to Psychotic Sydney, Microsoft has an excuse to lock you out of every Microsoft service you own for breaking their rules.
