That's a tiny order. GCP will likely spend several times to an order-of-magnitude more. By comparison, Meta spends $3B/yr on just headless NVIDIA GPUs. AWS has its own ARM line (Graviton) costing unknown CapEx (some few to 10 billion total for all of AWS).
