- genjii931 3y agoNot an urban legend in Kansas City history. The GKCSA was created in the early 90s to fight back against the phone company's announced plan to charge business phone line rates to ALL BBS operators, even for free BBSs. We hired a lawyer and won and got more than we needed. :)
