The order hasn’t been finalized and specifics of it could still change.
- mark_l_watson 3y agoThat is actually a good idea. Anyone spending more than, for example, a million dollars to train a LLM should be monitored. I am a Libertarian, so I shouldn’t in principle be for government control, but in this case I think it makes sense.
