I remember working for a company that was imploding and it was pretty surreal - you'd have meetings where everyone would try to keep up the happy talk but then people would be crying (me among them) about the situation in more one-on-one settings. Sometimes the climate thing feels like that too. I've come to more or less believe that we're doomed, but I try to stay somewhat positive because what else am I going to do?
