They are letting the interest build to such a magnitude that they can eventually sue your estate and easily recover the losses and more if you have assets at the time of death.
- singleshot_ 3y agoIt would be surprising if this worked, given that a creditor who did not mitigate his damages reasonably and instead lurked, awaiting a windfall is not entitled to damages.
