The way I'm reading this is that petrol and diesel vehicles are remarkably popular, so I'm left wondering what is wrong with actually being a representative government.
- andylynch 3y agoIt is better understood as a desperate attempt to win some support from a very unpopular government, who have all but abandoned hope of staying in power, or likely even their individual seats. The accompanying statements about imaginary meat taxes etc underscored this.
