Obviously this is an opportunity for 'investors' to snap up boat slips and jack the rents.
- yardie 3y agoThat's increasingly the case. You have major developers like Suntex and IGY snapping up family owned marinas. Then kick out longterm slipholders. And then rebrand it as luxury.
