Don’t exclude AI-generated art from copyright
- jqpabc123 3y agoEnough of this absurdity. The rejection is to be expected due to the ill advised and nonsensical approach. AI is a tool, not a legal entity. This is like asking for the copyright for a painting to be assigned to the brush that "created" it. This is a rejection of the *person* filing this request --- not AI. If the copyright is allowed and later somehow violated, would AI (or the brush) be allowed to file a lawsuit in court?
