  This is exactly correct. And it's particularly pathetic that Democrats try to pander to these voters as they will always prefer right-wing Republicans.     Yes, really. The more prominent and politically active are zealots (even terrorists). And it's because they think that it will eventually topple the government. You know, "tough love." If you don't subscribe to their ideology you will be marginalized-- a major setback in a tight-knit community.
